WELCOME ABOARD BARRY
The HardRok Engineering Team would like to welcome Barry Fenton to the family again. Barry brings with him a wealth of knowledge and is heading up our Conveyor Maintenance and Rubber Lining Division.
Barry is from Mount Isa, moving here when he was 6 years old, and has lived here ever since, (with a couple of short stints away). He started his working life in the MIM mine as an apprentice. Barry was a keen Footballer, met the girl of his dreams, Lyn, and raised a family in Mount Isa.
Barry went on to spend a further 20 years for MIM as a Rigger and then into the Vulcanizing Workshop, where he spent many years as the Superintendent.
He then moved onto Sandvik, Supervising the Rubber Lining & Conveyor Belt area for roughly 7 years
About a year after HardRok started, Barry joined us in the same capacity for another couple of years.
We then lost Barry to Rema Tip Top in Mount Isa, where he took up the position of Manager of the Mount Isa Branch for a further 9 years.
We are very happy to have him back, and with Barry’s Local knowledge of Rubber Lining and Conveyor Belts in the Mount Isa region, he will be an integral part of the HardRok Family.
If you need to discuss anything Rubber Lining, Conveyor Belt purchases, maintenance, splicing, or conveyor parts, don’t hesitate to give Barry a call on Mob: 0428 866 808 or through the HardRok Office on 07 4749 1770. Barry can also be reached by email: barry@hardrok.com.au
